PAWPUFFLE is building an India-wide community of pet parents. This notice explains what happens when you join our launch waitlist.

What we collect

Your name, email, Indian mobile number, delivery address, a short description of your pet and what you’re looking for. We also record the time and version of your consent, your registration time and the status of your welcome email.

Why we ask

We use these details to reserve your free launch sample, plan a suitable delivery, welcome you to the Inner Circle and send launch news, early-access invitations and community updates. All requested fields are required for the sample waitlist. We’ll contact you before arranging delivery. Meetups are planned; dates and locations have not been announced.

Who can see them

Access to the register is restricted to the PAWPUFFLE founder administrator. Our site hosting provider processes registrations and Zoho Mail processes acknowledgement emails. When sample delivery is arranged, the delivery partner will need the contact and address details necessary to fulfil it. We don’t sell your details.

Storage and retention

Your registration is stored on our hosted database, not in your browser. Records are kept for the waitlist, sample fulfilment and the updates you agreed to, until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them for those purposes. Our hosting and email providers may process data outside India.

Your choices

You can stop launch and community email updates through the link in your welcome email. This does not cancel your free-sample reservation. For corrections, deletion or questions, email support@pawpuffle.in. We may ask you to verify your email before changing a record.

Site security

We use a short-lived, one-way representation of your IP address to limit automated submissions. It expires within two hours. The site uses no advertising trackers. Sign-in and connection cookies are used only for the private founder tools.
